About the position
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant in Rimbo, just outside Norrtälje. We offer hourly employment as needed, but there is also the possibility of a position at approximately 50% during awake night shifts.
The working hours are scheduled as follows on both weekdays and weekends:
- 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM
- 02:30 PM - 09:00 PM
- 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM (awake night)
The start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you start the onboarding process immediately.
About the client
Our client is a sports enthusiast in his 60s living in Rimbo. He enjoys being at home and likes to keep his home clean and tidy, but he also appreciates going out for walks. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has ALS.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist with daily routines such as household chores
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Support with transfers and training
Are you the one the client is looking for?
We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. You are an empathetic person and can easily put yourself in other people's life situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant or other caregiving experience
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
Merits:
- Experience with ALS
Employment level: 3 hourly substitutes as needed and a 50% position.
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
