The Social Administration is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. We work preventively with support, interventions, and authority exercises for children, youth, families, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

About the Position

We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed Lex Sarah investigator who wants to contribute to legal certainty, quality, and learning in our operations. The assignment/project involves investigating reports according to Lex Sarah and supporting the organization in preventing and addressing shortcomings and risks of shortcomings. The project includes developing a new structure for the systematic work of handling deviations, actions, and follow-ups.

The position involves close collaboration with managers, employees, and other functions within the organization. The role is central to ensuring a legally secure handling of deviations and developing the organization's systematic quality work in accordance with the new Social Services Act.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for and conduct investigations according to Lex Sarah.
  • Follow up on actions and support managers to ensure they have the intended effect.
  • Develop a new structure for the systematic work of handling deviations, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Compile and analyze statistics.
  • Prepare documentation for the board.
  • Provide advice and methodological support to managers.
  • Contribute to training and knowledge dissemination about Lex Sarah in the organization.
  • Contribute to the department's systematic quality work.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (bachelor's degree) in a field deemed relevant by the employer for the assignment.
  • Documented experience of qualified investigative work.
  • Good knowledge of the new Social Services Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations regarding Lex Sarah.
  • Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
  • Good IT skills and experience working with administrative systems.

Desirable

  • Experience conducting investigations according to Lex Sarah.
  • Experience in systematic quality work within social services, healthcare, and care or equivalent operations.
  • Knowledge of and practical experience in elderly care.
  • Experience in process development.
  • Experience in conducting training or workshops.
  • Experience with the documentation system Lifecare.

Personal Attributes

You have good social and communication skills, are attentive, and build trust in interactions with others, and can present complex issues clearly and pedagogically. You are used to collaborating with various professions and levels in an organization. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks independently.
