I am a cheerful and social 25-year-old girl living with my parents and brother in Hässelby, Stockholm. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with series and YouTube, listening to music, having coffee, shopping, going to the movies, and doing my nails. I like to enjoy small moments in everyday life and discover fun activities that bring energy and joy. Currently, I am unemployed and have applied for activity compensation, which means I usually stay home during the day.

Now I am looking for a part-time personal assistant who wants to be a part of my daily life and support me both in practical matters and in the fun moments of life. Together we can create a daily life where I can be as independent as possible, with your support by my side.

The tasks vary and may include:

• Personal hygiene and care.
• Assistance with dressing and undressing.
• Support during meals and household chores.
• Assist with training and transfers.
• Help with travel and activities.
• Support during showering and toilet visits.
• Accompany on social activities such as movies, coffee, or shopping.

I am looking for a woman who has a driver's license and can drive my car during work, has basic knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, and is in good physical shape.

Desirable qualifications:

Previous experience in assistance or care, especially the use of aids such as a cough machine, ceiling lift, and BiPAP (breathing support). Not a requirement, but seen as a plus.

• Stress-resistant and resourceful.

• Start date: As agreed.
• Employment rate: 50% on a fixed schedule + possibly more hours in the future. 
• Contract: Introductory shifts and about a month of hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: Mainly day shifts, Monday-Thursday from 12:00-16:00 and Fridays from 13:00-17:00.

To ensure that we maintain high quality in the assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (about 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment.
