About the position We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a meaningful existence for primarily children and young people with various disabilities, such as autism and ADHD. As a companion and respite caregiver, you will provide support to the individual both at home and in the local area, as well as during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developmental moments for the person. The position is a part-time employment, mainly in the evenings and on weekends, approximately 8–20 hours per month. This is a secondary job, and we cannot therefore offer full-time or part-time employment. The assignments are located in Nacka and surrounding areas, including Kummelnäs, Saltsjö-Boo, Älta, Älgö, Fisksätra, Orminge, Sickla, and at Nacka Forum. To create the best conditions, we match you with individuals based on shared interests and needs. We would therefore appreciate it if you could mention any special interests, talents, or skills in your application.

Since some of our assignments are far from public transport, a driver's license and a personal car are advantageous, but not required.

About you To work as a companion or respite caregiver, you need to:

• Be over 18 years old
• Be flexible, primarily in the evenings and on weekends
• Professional experience with various NPF diagnoses is advantageous but not required
• Be reliable, empathetic, and attentive
• Be responsible and able to work independently
• Have good pedagogical skills and be good at motivating others

It is advantageous, but not required, to have experience or education focused on NPF, children, care, and education. But if you primarily have the will, engagement, and are looking for a long-term assignment, do not hesitate to apply!

Scope: 8–20 hours per month. Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. Salary: Individual salary setting. Other compensation according to collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

A prerequisite for starting employment with Bonzi is that you can present valid ID and submit a certificate of personal identity as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal identity from the tax agency's website. 

To work as a personal assistant, companion, or respite caregiver, you must be at least 18 years old.
