The Upper Secondary School and Labor Market Administration is responsible for labor market initiatives, financial assistance, receiving newcomers and quota refugees, as well as upper secondary school, adult education, and summer internships.

Job Description

Are you passionate about working preventively and health-promoting with youth from various backgrounds and experiences? Then you are the one we are looking for. With us, you will come to a school where student health plays an important role in students' learning and well-being. You will work both at the group level and individually in our fantastic student health team, but also in close collaboration with mentors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work
• Documented experience working with teenagers in schools and social services

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have documented experience in meeting young people with NPF and IF diagnoses.

As a counselor, it is important that you are calm, secure, and stable, and contribute to a good school environment. You also have a strong drive, take responsibility for your tasks, and can independently structure your processes, making clear plans and priorities. It is also crucial that you possess good empathetic skills and can create and maintain relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
