Personal assistance is about providing someone else with the service to live their own life on their own terms, and you will play an important role in making that happen. We need assistance with managing the home and household, hygiene, and everything else that comes with a normal life.

We are two brothers in our 25s with significant disabilities, but with your help, we can live the lives we want and desire. We live in an apartment in Annedal, Bromma, together with our two cats, and sometimes there are two cute little dogs with us, so you must not be allergic. It’s a plus if you like animals in general.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work according to a fixed schedule in the afternoon/evening (WEEKDAYS) where shifts are varied between us both. The position can be up to 75% if you wish. If you think 75% is too much for what you are looking for, we are open to you working fewer hours than that. For the right person, we are happy to adjust the employment rate. There is also the possibility to increase beyond 75% if you want to add work on weekends!

We are looking for someone who takes their job and role seriously and is seeking a long-term position. We both have personal assistance, and you will alternate working with one of us at a time; we want to find someone who is flexible and enjoys variety. Since we do not like the same things and have different needs, your work will vary depending on whom you are providing service to. You need to speak and write Swedish fluently as we also need support with AAC and TAKK; if you have previous experience with this, it is a big plus!

Staffing:

This position may include an extended staffing assignment, which means that some weeks you must be available at times other than working hours, to call in a substitute or step in and assist when intervention is required.
