Hello!
I need your assistance to enable my active life. You will assist me with practical matters, from moving between aids, hygiene, meals, training, dressing, makeup to household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. I am an active nineteen-year-old, and your job is to provide me with the conditions to be as independent as possible and help me in my quest to become more self-sufficient.

The work is physically active, and you need to be secure, reliable, and present in the moment, but also be flexible and sometimes just be there without always needing to be active.

I am your workplace, and therefore you will be with me wherever I am, for example at home with my family, studying in different places, or on outings with friends.

Qualifications/Requirements

You are a woman around 25 years old who is calm and confident in yourself, attentive to my needs, and has the desire and interest to develop. Above all, you think it sounds fun to unleash life energy for a young smart girl and want to make a difference!

You speak good Swedish and can assist me in various situations, such as during training, activities with friends, meals, or at home, always with the goal of giving me the opportunity to be as independent as possible.

We are looking for someone who can consider working for at least 1 year, as we want to build a long-term and secure relationship. It is also an advantage if you have a driver's license.

Personal suitability is crucial as you will create a close relationship with me and need to stand up for me in all situations. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not necessary.

The Position:

Day shifts, fixed schedule of about 50%. The position can be extended in hours up to 100% and to other times of the day if desired.

Other:

You will receive a proper introduction to assist me in a safe and personal way. You will receive professional development in the form of training to both perform your duties and develop in it. Of course, wellness benefits are included.

God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers wellness grants of up to 4000 SEK/year.
