In the role of treatment pedagogue, you will work in a team and together you will be responsible for ensuring that the youths in our care receive the structure, safety, care, and treatment they need. We meet youths in crisis, which means we support individuals in their daily lives through individually tailored and qualified care and motivational work with clear structures. With the support of your and your colleagues' knowledge in care and treatment work, you actively contribute to the fulfillment of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work for planning and follow-up of treatment. You will also participate in the youths' schooling and leisure activities. Daily tasks may include:

- Constantly working closely with the youths to ensure good social interaction and safety in the department.
Since SiS Youth Home Tysslinge has the highest security classification within SiS, this means you need to work with a high level of risk and safety awareness. You contribute to maintaining safety in accordance with our written instructions and routines.
This is a job for you who can stand firm, creating safety and security in the often very difficult life situations of the youths. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied. As a civil servant, it is important that you act professionally and in accordance with objectivity and legal certainty. You share our vision of being a place for change, which permeates our approach, commitment, and attitude.
As a summer temporary employee at SiS, you will undergo a tailored introductory training to prepare you for your assignment.
Working Hours and Schedule
The working hours are scheduled, either 100% day, evening, and weekend, or 80% night shifts on weekdays and weekends. The working hours for day, evening, and weekend 100% may look like this: 08:15-15:45, 08:15-22:15, 09:00-22:15, 11:15-21:15/23:00. The working hours for night shifts 80% may look like this: 20:45-08:30, 21:00-08:30.
As a summer temporary employee, you are expected to be able to work on a schedule according to the above times (day/evening or night) between weeks 26-33 (June 22 - August 16). Introduction will take place before the start during weeks 24-25, where the first week is theoretical introduction and the second week is practical introduction on the department.
There is an opportunity for earlier introduction and extra work during the spring. There may also be an opportunity for continued employment after the summer.
Summer Bonus
During 2026, as a summer temporary employee, you have the opportunity to receive a summer bonus if you work full-time for more than 4 weeks. To qualify for the summer bonus, you must first complete 4 full weeks of work and can then receive a bonus of 2500 SEK for each completed week (within Tysslinge's vacation periods weeks 26-33). The bonus is proportional to the amount of work (100% or 80%) and deductions for absence will be made.
