One of our employees is on parental leave and we are now looking for her replacement. We are seeking a positive and flexible medical care administrator. You will be part of a team of six medical care administrators and one administrative unit manager.

The orthopedic and hand surgery department provides university hospital care and clinical research at the county's three hospitals: Örebro University Hospital, Karlskoga Hospital, and Lindesberg Hospital. The department provides care across the entire orthopedic field, including highly specialized care. A comprehensive restructuring is underway in order to improve accessibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The establishment of a clinical research unit is an important part of the development work.

Karlskoga Hospital is one of the three acute hospitals in Region Örebro County. We who work at Karlskoga Hospital are proud of our hospital. The job responsibilities include managing medical documentation, where we use the Cosmic journal system, referral management, and other administrative tasks.

Education as a medical care administrator/medical secretary. Previous experience with Cosmic is an advantage. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of the Swedish language, is responsible, and has good collaborative skills.
