Högoms School is a F-6 school that offers a safe school experience with high expectations, good relationships, and a positive approach. Högoms School has approximately 160 students and is beautifully situated in a quiet residential area in the western part of Sundsvall. Högoms School has a strong community and dedicated staff. We work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop both academically and socially. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a recreational pedagogue with a focus on music for F-6.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is a temporary contract with a possibility of extension, with a workload of 75-100% according to agreement. You will work as a recreational teacher in our after-school care, resource for classroom teachers, and music teacher. In the after-school care, you will participate in a team that plans the activities together. For music education, there will be a rough plan, but you are expected to plan and conduct music education in more detail based on the curriculum independently.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with experience working in schools and/or after-school care, preferably with a focus on music education. It is an advantage if you are a licensed teacher in after-school care or have equivalent education.
