We are now looking for an engaged salesperson for our store in Örnsköldsvik who wants to take customer interaction to the highest level. This position also includes an extended responsibility as a product group manager, which you can read more about below. The position is 75%, and weekly working hours may vary.

About the role

The role of a salesperson means being the face of Systembolaget. With passion, high drive, commitment, and personal responsibility, you deliver an impressive customer experience together with your colleagues. The daily work as a salesperson in the store involves alternating between meeting customers, working at the cash register and in the warehouse, restocking goods, and maintaining cleanliness.

As a salesperson with product group responsibility (for example, responsibility for red, white wine, or beer), it is included to keep the area of responsibility representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules. You are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display within your area of responsibility. You will also continuously work with the analysis of waste and suggest possible measures. The responsibility also includes continuously sharing knowledge with other employees in the store.

About you

As a person, you are meticulous and flexible and generously share your knowledge. You are service-oriented and can see each customer's unique needs. You have an open approach to everyone you meet. You find it easy to collaborate and contribute to a good working atmosphere.

You must be at least 20 years old when the employment begins, and the job requires good physical fitness as heavy lifting occurs.

Your development with us

Systembolaget is in constant development, and you will be too if you work with us. All new employees undergo an introductory program where you will learn more about Systembolaget's mission and our products. You will primarily develop your skills in everyday situations together with your colleagues, but we also offer training at our training facility.

You will have your own competence development plan, and employee conversations are conducted continuously throughout the year. You take a significant responsibility for your learning.
