About the Position

As a Gym Host at Fitness24Seven in Timrå, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where you combine your passion for fitness with your interest in customer contact. You will be part of an engaged team that values health and service.

In your role as a Gym Host, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to a positive customer experience by motivating, providing excellent service, and building relationships with members
• Proactively meeting members' needs while inspiring and guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle.
• Conducting introductory tours for new members and giving them a welcoming start at the gym.
• Managing sales activities both inside and outside the facilities
• Executing and participating in events and member evenings
• Answering questions from members and acting as an ambassador

The position of Gym Host is a need-based employment with a desired start in February, where you will work at the gym in Timrå.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education and has an interest in sales and marketing. You are service-minded and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. Furthermore, we see that you are outgoing, driven, and have an easy time connecting with new people. You also have a genuine interest in fitness and health and see a long-term future in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the position are:

• Interest in service and working with people
• Interest in sales and the ability to connect with people
• Ability to work independently and take your own initiatives

Previous experience from service-oriented jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. We also expect you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. Since the role involves working alone and handling payments, you must be at least 18 years old.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
