Din Tur Customer Center in Ånge employs about 35 people who coordinate community-funded trips as cost-effectively as possible and provide customer service for public transport. Similar tasks are performed on call for several other neighboring counties. We have a socially important job and now you have the chance to become one of us!

Exciting! But what does the position entail?

In the role of travel coordinator, you will work to create a positive customer experience for our clients. You will be responsible for receiving orders for demand-responsive public transport (such as transport services and medical trips) via phone and coordinating these trips, as well as handling inquiries and matters related to public transport.

Our working hours are varied with day and evening shifts as well as weekends and nights.

Who are you?

You who are applying have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions in a cost-effective manner. You put the customer first and are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You take initiative in your work and enjoy a social role with a varied pace of work, where high tempo sometimes requires your stress resilience. You are comfortable using the phone as a tool, are administratively strong, and have good computer skills.

It is required that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and that you are proficient in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Our offer:

We are looking for someone interested in joining our operations as a short-term substitute as needed. Start date is to be agreed upon but preferably as soon as possible.
