About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and experienced ILS Manager (Integrated Logistics Support Manager) who wants to take responsibility for large and complex projects within the defense industry or for defense authorities. In our business area Defence & Security, we work in teams where we manage and develop our ILS competence in the areas of land, sea, and air defense. We have several offices in Sweden and would like you to be a local representative for the area and take leadership in customer projects. You will have a central role in our team, where your leadership is important for both driving projects and supporting your colleagues in ILS.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role, we see that you have a technical academic education at the college or university level, preferably with a focus on logistics or maintenance, or relevant technical education.

We also see that you have a good understanding of ILS elements and that you enjoy working in complex system environments. You have experience in Systems Engineering and project management methodology, and it is advantageous if you also have certifications in these areas.

You have a solid background in ILS Management. Additionally, experience with international standards such as ISO 15288/15289, ASD3000L, MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-1388-1A/2B is a plus.

We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in the combination of technology and leadership. You have the ability to both lead and inspire a temporarily assembled group towards common goals. As a person, you are business-oriented, results-driven, and have the ability to motivate your colleagues.

You need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, as these languages are used in our customer assignments.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience:

• from the defense vehicle/marine/aircraft industry.
• in a previous role as a technical officer.
• of working as a consultant

As the position may involve work subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with background check. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
