Summer Interns Wanted at Domsjö Fabriker

The biorefinery Domsjö Fabriker is in a rapidly developing market, driven by the world's increased demand for sustainable products. Domsjö's main product, cellulose, is used for the textile material viscose, which is an environmentally friendly alternative to cotton and synthetic textile fibers.

From our renewable raw material, the forest, we manufacture products and energy with a clear environmental profile. We say that we get more out of the tree, aiming to utilize as much as possible to produce more environmentally friendly products. Today, we sell cellulose, lignin, and bioethanol worldwide.

Domsjö is part of the Indian Aditya Birla Group, the world's largest producer of viscose. We are looking for summer interns for the Marketing Department and Purchasing Department, does it sound interesting to you?

We welcome applications for our summer internships from individuals who are driven by a helpful attitude, a positive mindset, and an interest in engaging and contributing to our ongoing success story.

As a summer intern, you will replace regular staff, and we prefer that you have started a university-level education or have previous experience in similar tasks. A significant part of the tasks involves maintaining contact with customers and suppliers internationally, so you should have good knowledge of both spoken and written English.

We are looking for interns for the following departments:

• Marketing Department
  • Marketing Assistant: We are looking for someone who can work independently and is meticulous. You will, among other things, issue export documents and handle the daily contact regarding deliveries and orders to our customers and service partners.
  • Sales Coordinator: We are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage daily customer service, order management, and order planning. You will be the primary contact for our customers and have close contact with our partners.
• Purchasing Department
  • Purchaser: We are looking for someone with good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and precision, while also being able to work independently and systematically. If you are goal-oriented and cost-conscious by nature, you have the right qualities. The tasks include creating purchase orders in the maintenance system Maximo, as well as calling off existing agreements that can be related to production and maintenance, monitoring order confirmations and lead times, prices, and sending out requests for quotations.
