Job Description

The tasks involve order administration and customer support of all kinds, and good computer skills are required. You will belong to the Sales Office and be part of a team of six people. You will have daily contact with our salespeople and international customers via phone, email, and Teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• order administration, some invoicing and crediting, as well as some problem-solving

• creating and following up on quotes

• monitoring and following up on deliveries

• answering technical questions about our products

• much of the communication is in English

Customers are both internal within the organization and external, and you play an important role in providing high service to all.

You are good at collaborating with others and contribute with a good mood and a pleasant atmosphere to the team.

To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems as they arise. The job requires you to be structured, meticulous, and able to take responsibility for your tasks. You are service-oriented and enjoy meeting customer needs.

A requirement is excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. If you also master other languages, it is an advantage. You need to have good computer skills and experience with the Office suite.

You have an interest and willingness to familiarize yourself with our product range and to develop knowledge about technical issues regarding our products.

We would like you to have previous experience in sales, order management, or administration, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want and can learn new things.

The employment is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment. The position is covered by the Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna. Working hours between 07:30 and 16:30 with flexibility.

Start date and salary according to agreement.

Location: At Elpress central warehouse in Frånö, Kramfors.
