In total, Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it financially easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and leisure articles of high quality, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 167 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 62 stores are in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

What you can expect from the position

As a Store Employee at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks in different departments of the store. This includes having a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and fronted. Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers, whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you willingly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who ensures that customers welcoming Biltema to Örnsköldsvik feel just as welcome at Biltema.

We are looking for employees for full-time and part-time positions with varying degrees of employment. Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends. Salary is set according to agreement.

What we expect from you

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and wanting order and tidiness around you. Knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, preferably in customer service, checkout, and complaint handling, or in the restaurant industry. To quickly adapt to the role, we would like you to have a burning interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
