The Psychiatric Clinic in Härnösand is an outpatient psychiatric clinic that assesses, investigates, and treats patients in need of specialist psychiatry. We work in teams consisting of doctors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and medical secretaries. The clinic has three experienced psychologists with different specializations who can provide excellent support. Härnösand municipality has about 26,000 inhabitants and is located by the High Coast, a beautiful summer town. The clinic is situated right by the sea, contributing to a good working environment.

In the coming year, we will be making an effort to improve our accessibility regarding psychological treatment and psychological assessments, primarily focusing on NPF assessments. Therefore, we are looking for you who are interested in becoming part of our team.

We are now seeking a Psychologist for the Psychiatric Clinic in Härnösand. The position is a full-time temporary position starting from 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Psychologist will include:

• In-depth diagnostic assessments
• Diagnostic evaluations
• Assessment of suitable treatment
• Psychotherapy (CBT or PDT)
• Psychoeducation
• Consultation with other professionals
• Access to supervision is available for both treatment and assessment work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed psychologist
• Has experience in acute psychiatric assessment/care
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
