The county psychiatric care and habilitation coordinate the county's healthcare for adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and habilitation in Region Västernorrland. The county healthcare services are conducted at three hospitals: Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik, and at several clinics located in various towns in the region. The area has approximately 700 employees. The habilitation in Västernorrland is a regional joint operation with about 100 employees based in Sollefteå, Sundsvall, and Örnsköldsvik.

The target group for habilitation is individuals with permanent disabilities, with the largest groups being autism, intellectual disabilities, and cerebral palsy. We work in child/adolescent/adult teams with an interdisciplinary focus that represents medical, psychological, and social perspectives. The various professional categories represented in the teams include occupational therapist, social worker, speech therapist, physician, medical secretary, psychologist, physiotherapist, and nurse.

We are now looking for a psychologist for the youth/adult habilitation in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent employment with start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• Neuropsychiatric assessments and support and treatment for adults
• Consultation
• Method development
• Staff training
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers and organizations

Additional Information

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed psychologist
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous for the position if you

• Have experience with various psychological treatment methods
• Have experience with neuropsychiatric assessments
