Shift Operator at Nouryon in Örnsköldsvik

In your future role as a Shift Operator, you will:

As a process operator, you will work alongside our other team members within the production facility to ensure optimal operations. The working hours include both shifts and daytime.

In your role as a process operator, you will collaborate with other process operators, production engineers, maintenance technicians, and production management. The position includes participation in development and improvement work. You will perform supervision of the equipment according to our internal safety procedures. The position also involves documentation of data, availability monitoring, as well as operational disturbances and other important information.

We focus on achieving high productivity at all levels, where work within Health, Safety, and Environment is a prerequisite. Additional tasks included in the role are:

• Monitor, control, and optimize the process
• Participate in root cause analyses
• Maintain production according to the production plan
• Conduct rounds on equipment and write notifications and initiate maintenance actions
• Participate in developing and documenting standardized work methods
• Engage in improvement work by performing rounds and risk analyses
• Forklift driving

Be able to replace the regular 6-shift operator.

We believe you bring:

• Completed high school education, 3-year technical or scientific, preferably within the process industry
• Experience in the process industry is an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in Swedish and English

The position is a permanent employment with immediate start. You will be based at our site in Örnsköldsvik and report to the Block Manager.
