About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer with training responsibility, your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Management of maintenance for all lifting equipment, such as lifting tools, racks, ladders
• Driving external maintenance agreements
• Providing technical support to the factory
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Participating in the procurement process of forklifts and lifting equipment
• Training responsibility for forklifts, hoists, lifts, and fall protection, as well as issuing driving licenses
• Managing purchases in internal purchasing systems
• Staying updated on legal requirements, supervisory authority requirements, and other changes in the field

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in qualified maintenance work and maintenance systems from the technical industry. You are pedagogical and enjoy training others. You are responsible, meticulous, and a skilled administrator.

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, proactive, and able to take initiative. You are a systematic problem solver and a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve the best results.

The position includes training responsibility for forklifts, hoists, lifts, and fall protection. The company provides training to become a certified instructor in these areas.

Knowledge of the SAP business system and MS Office programs is an advantage.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
