Your Role

As a Service Technician at MiCROTEC, you will belong to a team that together is responsible for service and after-sales at our customers. You will handle both hardware such as optics, electronics, and mechanics, as well as software configurations. Do you enjoy traveling? Perfect – the role involves travel within the Nordic region, where you will have the opportunity to work directly on-site with customers and solve technical challenges.

When you are not out with customers, you will work from your home office planning service cases, documenting completed work, and acting as helpdesk to solve problems remotely. You will be an important contact person for our customers, ensuring they always receive quick and competent support.

In your role, you will collaborate closely with other service technicians and application engineers in project form, and we offer a comprehensive introduction and ongoing training so you can develop in line with the latest technology.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology who thrives in a role where problem-solving is key. You may have previously worked as a service technician, or you have experience in mechanics, electronics, software, networks, and/or optics – which is advantageous.

As a person, you are social, structured, and flexible. You enjoy meeting new people and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English. If you also speak additional languages, we see that as a plus! You have a B driver's license and enjoy traveling for work.
