HR Administrator at ICA Maxi Stormarknad Haninge
Do you want to work with broad HR tasks in Sweden's best store with 250 fantastic colleagues? We are looking for a structured and communicative HR Administrator for a temporary position at ICA Maxi Stormarknad Haninge. Come and be part of a wonderful HR team!
ICA Maxi Haninge is a modern supermarket with about 250 employees. In the office, we work with HR, payroll, marketing, and finance, valuing collaboration, development, and good service. As an HR Administrator, you will provide operational support to managers and employees in many areas of the HR process: recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, work environment, and internal communication. You will write internal texts and formal documents, prioritize tasks, and take initiatives. It is an advantage if you are used to working in various systems and also master the Office suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Personnel administration (employment certificates, references, Social Insurance Agency, Statistics Sweden, some payroll administration, etc.)
- Support in onboarding new employees
- Assist in the recruitment process for summer temporary positions (administer, coordinate, and introduce)
- Internal communication and intranet management
- Administer work injuries and conduct risk assessments and document them.
- Recruitment (advertisements, interviews, references)
- Manage and administer internships
Qualifications
- University degree in HR/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in administrative HR work (experience in recruitment is a plus)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven
Employment
Temporary position until 2025-08-30, with a possibility of extension. 80-100% (according to agreement) Start: January/February 2026, according to agreement Salary: individual salary setting (Union collective agreement) Reporting to HR manager.
