Description

We are looking for an administrator who wants to work on a comprehensive and important assignment related to the implementation of new advertising agreements within public transport. You will play a central role in coordinating activities, creating structure, and ensuring that the organization's commitments are met ahead of the operational start in 2026.

The role is suitable for you who are used to working independently in administrative processes, are meticulous, and enjoy keeping workflows together where many parties are involved.

Responsibilities
  • Update project and timelines

  • Coordinate activities and information flows between internal and external parties

  • Establish and document routines, processes, and reporting

  • Structure and follow up on the administrative parts of the agreements

  • Ensure deadlines and contribute to order and clarity in the project

  • If necessary, support related projects within the department

Qualifications

Must-haves (must be fulfilled)

Your CV must clearly show how you meet each requirement below.

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on economics and/or administration

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative work in companies with multiple stakeholders

  • At least 2 assignments in project administration, with clear deadlines and responsibility for written documentation and systematic reporting

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written form

  • Very good ability to work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner

  • Good digital skills and experience with administrative tools

Desirable 

(Please note: your CV should also clearly refer to relevant assignments)

  • Experience from assignments focusing on business and contract compliance 

  • Experience from at least one assignment in the public sector 

Other desirable
  • Experience from larger organizations

  • Experience in contract administration

  • Existing security clearance (not a requirement)

Conditions

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and rented out to the client.

  • Start: Immediately

  • Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Period: December 10, 2025 – June 30, 2026, with a great possibility of extension

  • Location: Office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, with some possibility for remote work
