We are looking for a senior UX designer for a large and complex development initiative where you will play a central role in creating a new web-based ordering and contract portal. The portal is crucial for managing travel orders, capacity overview, deviations, and service actions.

You will work user-centered, lead the entire design process, and ensure that the solution is shaped based on insights, needs, and efficient workflows. You will be part of a cross-functional team and become an important driving force in creating a solution that works in practice for multiple target groups. 

Your Responsibilities

You will lead and execute the entire design process from research to validated design. You will create concepts, UX flows, and prototypes in Figma. You will conduct interviews, usability tests, and compile insights. You will prioritize functionality based on user needs and business goals. You will work closely with developers, designers, and business representatives. You will ensure that the interface supports efficient workflows for professional users. You will develop and evaluate multiple solution alternatives in parallel. You will involve the right roles at the right time and work methodically and structured.

Mandatory Requirements

1. At least six years of full-time UX design experience in the last ten years.
2. At least three years of full-time UI design experience in the last six years.
3. Experience in method-driven work with user-centered design in at least two assignments lasting at least one year.
4. Experience in independently executing a complete design process in at least two assignments from the last ten years.
5. Experience in developing, visualizing, and communicating user insights from at least three assignments.
6. Experience in prioritizing functionality using design methodology in at least three assignments.
7. Experience in developing multiple solution alternatives at the concept level based on customer insights and evaluating them in at least three assignments.
8. At least two years of design work experience in agile cross-functional development teams.
9. At least two years of experience creating design sketches and interactive prototypes in Figma that have been evaluated with end-users.

Desirable

1. Experience in transforming user needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Experience in design work for work tools for at least one year.
3. Experience in assignments within the public sector lasting at least one year.

Scope and Period

Start: December 8, 2025
End: December 31, 2026
Scope: 40 hours per week
Options: possibility for extension 1 + 1 year.
