In an innovative and globally operating organization, we are looking for someone who wants to take a holistic approach to recruitment, onboarding, and employee development – while also contributing to strengthening the overall HR work.

About the position

Starting in January 2026, we are now looking for someone to take on a temporary position where you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with HR issues. You will be a key person in attracting, recruiting, and developing talents, while also supporting the HR manager in broad HR initiatives. The role is broad and varied, with ample room to influence and drive development. The client has its office centrally located in Stockholm, and the assignment is expected to last until August.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & onboarding: Own and develop processes to attract and introduce new employees
  • Competence development: Lead initiatives for learning and development, including training programs
  • Employer branding: Proactively work to strengthen the employer brand
  • HR processes & projects: Contribute to developing and streamlining the HR structure and drive HR projects
  • Employee engagement: Promote an inclusive culture and strengthen core values
  • Analysis & follow-up: Monitor HR key figures and contribute to data-driven decision-making

Suitable background

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A couple of years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably with a focus on recruitment and development
  • Confidence in working both operationally and strategically
  • A good understanding of business-driven HR initiatives
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Personal qualities

The right person for the role is communicative and has an easy time building trust and relationships throughout the organization. With an analytical approach, you identify needs and translate insights into concrete HR initiatives. You thrive on taking initiatives, working independently, and collaborating closely with others. Your curiosity and desire to develop mean that you are constantly seeking improvements – both for the organization and yourself.
