With an increase in new participants and a strengthened collaboration with leading transition organizations, our mission is more important than ever. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting individuals through their transition process. Currently, we are looking for coaches who want to work as needed and on an hourly basis. Perhaps you have retired and have extensive experience in coaching with the interest and willingness to contribute still?

Your mission:

• To coach and guide participants towards their next step in their careers, including new employment, finding an internship, starting a business, or starting an education.

We are looking for you who:

• Has relevant education and experience in coaching or similar fields.
• Is a good listener and communicator, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Has a passion for helping others and the ability to see potential in every individual.
• Is flexible and can travel within the county.
• Has knowledge of the local labor market where you are located.
• Has the necessary competence to conduct coaching in a professional manner, including knowledge of the labor market and the various support systems in society such as the employment agency's various services, the Social Insurance Agency, and more.

Experience with:

• Actors and current legislation regarding the labor market within the rehabilitation chain and experience in collaborating with these actors.
• Work-life oriented rehabilitation and wants to coach job seekers with physical or mental health issues.

Before employment begins, you will need to verify your competence through certified educational and employment certificates.

What is transition?

Our transition support, funded by various transition organizations, is designed to support individuals facing redundancy and/or needing to retrain. We deliver both regular transition services and a health-adapted support aimed at enabling participants to seek new work, start their own business, or study based on their work ability. This includes a series of personal meetings, interim contacts, and activities designed to support each participant's unique needs and circumstances.

• The position is a temporary employment as needed. Start date is according to agreement.
• The work can take place throughout Södermanland.
