About the role
The customer service department consists of a group of diligent, happy, and helpful heroes who are passionate about service and, together with the rest of the company, ensure the company's progress in various exciting markets. Your task is to secure order management and provide excellent service to every customer.
You will receive calls and emails from Norwegian customers, so you need to be fluent in the Norwegian language in both speech and writing.
Your responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries according to routine in the company's various systems
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls and emails
- Communicate in a professional and service-oriented manner and ensure good customer service.
About you
To thrive in this role, we see that you have previously worked with service and customer contact. You will work in the Norwegian market but also support the Swedish market as needed. This means you need to speak and write fluently in both Norwegian and Swedish. It is important that you are engaged, driven, and a team player. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-oriented, and a joy spreader who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer interaction (retail, events, sales, customer service, etc.).
- Service-oriented
- Problem-solving
- Communicative
- Flexible
- Familiar with systems and quick at typing
- You speak and write fluently in Norwegian and Swedish
This is a consulting assignment for 6 months where you will be employed by Hero with very good chances of being permanently hired by our client in the long term.
