Your Role

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us as a technical educator and training coordinator. We offer an exciting role with great development opportunities. The focus is on planning and conducting training, but there are good opportunities to shape the role according to who you are.

You will work in project teams and have a designated mentor but are expected to work independently with your tasks and deliver effective and satisfactory results. Your main tasks will be to develop course descriptions and training materials, plan and, within the framework of your knowledge, also conduct training both internally and for our customers. When you are not conducting training on your own, you will support colleagues with, among other things, presentation materials and teaching methods. You will participate in working groups both locally within the projects and at a Saab-wide level. This may involve putting together joint training packages for larger projects or developing processes and methods for training.

In this position, you will preferably be based in Arboga, but Solna is also an option. Travel is required in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for a technically skilled and pedagogically driven person who wants to work with technical training. You may have a background from the school world, a role where you have been responsible for internal technical competence development, or perhaps you work as an engineer and have experience in conducting training in your current position.

We would like you to have a technical education as a foundation - for example, as a civil engineer, engineering degree, from a vocational college, or equivalent competence built on solid work experience.

You are collaborative, engaged, and ambitious, with a desire to develop and learn new things. Being flexible is an advantage in the workday, as the pace is high and priorities can shift quickly.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
