Tunboskolan is a school in the heart of Kolbäck. Here, students from grades 4-9 attend, along with a group of students in adapted primary school grades 7-9, and the students usually live in the Kolbäck locality or its outskirts, including Strömsholm. The school has about 240 students, half of which is newly built. The school has a high teacher qualification rate and a well-developed student health team with two special educators, two student health coaches, as well as a counselor, school nurse, and school psychologist.

Here, all students are seen thanks to good collaboration within the school as well as with guardians and external actors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach mathematics and another subject for grades 7-9 at Tunboskolan.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching.
• Contact with guardians, which is an important part of the work.
• Be part of the team for grades 7-9.
• Mentorship is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a primary school teacher degree/license with qualifications to teach mathematics and another subject for grades 7-9.

As a teacher, you are a skilled educator with good didactic ability. You can organize and structure your work based on specified goals.

You have high expectations for the students, believe that everyone can succeed, and are prepared to create the best conditions for your students.

You express yourself well in speech and writing and enjoy collaborating on various projects. In contact with students and guardians, your demeanor is professional, while also being attentive and patient.

As a teacher, you use digital tools daily and see them as a natural part of teaching.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, focusing on social competence, good collaboration, and initiative.
