What are we looking for in you?

You are a trained childcare worker.

We are looking for you who are an engaged and present educator. You are professional and want to be involved in creating a fun, safe, and educational preschool. It is important that the education is based on the children's needs and interests, that you are a curious co-researcher in the children's learning, see opportunities, and are a good role model.

Your ability to collaborate is very good, you are accommodating, and have a trusting approach towards both children and guardians as well as colleagues. Your child focus should characterize and be visible in your work, and you should contribute to workplace joy.
