About the assignment

The position is divided between reception and the role of lead social worker for children and youth.

As a social worker in reception, you will work with first contact, preliminary assessments, and coordination of cases. You contribute to a safe and accessible reception where children, youth, and families receive respectful treatment and clear guidance.

As a lead social worker, you will supervise daily operations, mentor colleagues, and participate in the development of methods and working practices. An important part of the assignment is to implement a preventive perspective and create a sustainable structure that supports both children, families, and employees.

The combined role entails variation, development, and close collaboration – an opportunity to work practically and influence the direction forward.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work
• Experience in investigative work with children and youth
• Ability to create safety, structure, and engagement in the work
• Experience in reception or leadership is an advantage
• Interest in mentoring, quality, and development of working methods
