Unika Brunnvägen is a group home according to LSS person group 1, located in the idyllic town of Ulricehamn, close to forests and waterways. The property has 6 apartments and is a single-story house.

In the role of support educator, you will provide support and service based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to ensuring that residents have the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you should be able to address each person's individual needs and conduct educational work based on this. As the needs vary among the users, no day is the same, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.

You will work closely with your colleagues and have a significant responsibility to, in consultation with the operations manager, drive and develop the educational work in the organization. Some delegated health and medical care tasks are included in the work.

• Degree from the support educator program, 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adults person group 1.
• Basic knowledge of household work such as nutrition and hygiene.
• Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience in leadership
• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior.
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.
• Experience in clear communication and low-arousal responses.
