About the position I am now looking for a flexible assistant to join my wonderful team who can step in as needed.  I am a 35-year-old woman living with my partner and my beloved pets in an apartment in Fisksätra. 

I am a spontaneous person who enjoys taking care of my animals, traveling, crafting, and listening to crime podcasts - it’s a bonus if you share any interests with me.

As my assistant, the most important thing is that our personal chemistry matches; the rest you will learn.   Who are you?

You are a fun-loving girl with an interest in animals as I currently have cats, chinchillas, rabbits, and degus.  You should also not be allergic to hay/grass. You should be confident, self-sufficient, able to take responsibility, and initiate actions. You will need to be my starter motor and get me going, suggest activities for the day, and remind me about meals, medication, and bathroom visits. It is important that you are open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathetic. You need to understand how emotional needs relate to assistance. Previous experience as a personal assistant is welcome but not required. Experience with EIPS/Borderline is a plus. You should be a woman between 20-50 years old and speak fluent Swedish, as communication is very important. I place great emphasis on personal chemistry as the interaction between you and me is the most important aspect of the job.

This also includes taking care of the animals.

Working hours and employment rate: Shifts are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. We are looking for someone who can work as a part-time employee. Shifts are partially or fully scheduled between 09:00-00:00 and shorter shifts on weekends. 

The work is performed where I am; sometimes I travel, and I would like you to accompany me as my assistant.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.
