Procurement Lawyer at Skånes Kommuner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The procurement lawyer we are looking for plays a central and important role in Skånes Kommuner’s development journey. You will work with legal issues and procurements of great strategic importance for the municipalities in Skåne. One of the most important tasks is to ensure the member municipalities' needs for social services. Skånes Kommuner is in intensive work to develop the procurement and follow-up model to combat welfare crime, and you will be an important part of that development work.

As a procurement lawyer, you will divide your time between being responsible for procurement legal issues and conducting procurements. You will be responsible for:

• procurement legal and other legal issues that may arise at Skånes Kommuner
• developing agreements and working methods with colleagues to prevent welfare crime and promote healthy competition
• driving your own large complex procurements and managing agreements, in close collaboration with stakeholders at Skånes Kommuner and member municipalities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in law. You have good knowledge of procurement legislation and preferably experience working with procurement in the public sector. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and possess good general IT skills.

It is advantageous if you have:

• experience in IT procurement
• experience in complex service procurement, preferably within social services
• good knowledge of contract law
• good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation
• experience in developing requirements and follow-up methods to prevent eco- and welfare crime or similar issues.
