Are you service-oriented, self-driven, and experienced in handling systems? Karo Healthcare, a growing player in Customer Healthcare focusing on pharmacies in Sweden, is now looking for a Finnish-speaking order administrator to join their team in Stockholm!
About the position This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Job responsibilities
As a Finnish-speaking order administrator, you play a central role in delivering excellent service to Karo Healthcare's customers in pharmacies and retail, targeting an international market. You handle customer orders and ensure that customers receive accurate and smooth service. You are responsible for processing orders efficiently while providing support and guidance to customers and colleagues. Additionally, you actively contribute to a proactive and solution-oriented working approach within the team.
- Receive and manage customer orders via incoming emails
- Monitor and process incoming orders in the system
- Invoicing and communication with customers regarding order status
- Provide tips, advice, and be flexible in resolving customer issues
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed and approved high school education
- Previous administrative experience in customer service or order management
- Experience with business systems, preferably IFS
- Very good knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in the health sector is an advantage
- Previous experience in retail processes is an advantage
