About the Role

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to Bedege! Are you the one who always puts the customer first and enjoys finding solutions? Here, you will be the customer's first point of contact – the one who creates a safe and positive experience right from the first meeting.

You will be part of an engaged team of 17 people where everyone supports each other. The team includes both 1st Line and 2nd Line Support, which means you will work closely with colleagues throughout the support process and quickly gain broad technical competence. The office is located in Norrtull / Vasastan and most of the work is done on-site at the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, registering, and following up on customer cases via phone and email, with clear documentation.
• Providing solutions and support within 1st Line, and referring cases further when necessary.
• Performing initial troubleshooting, simpler installations, and operational routines such as configuration and dispatch.
• Following up on cases and ensuring customers are kept updated.
• Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to improvements in the support process.

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Experience in customer management, preferably via phone.
• Good computer skills and a strong interest in IT.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

• Some years of experience in 1st Line support or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of POS systems, networks, or Windows environments.
• Previous work in retail, service, or technical professions.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian.

• Start: At the turn of the year 2025/2026
• Employment type: Direct employment with Bedege
• Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Sunday with varying working hours between 06:00–22:00.
• The office is located in Norrtull / Vasastan and most of the work is done on-site at the office.
