All preschools in the municipality have five professional development days per year. All employees with a permanent position or a longer temporary position have access to their own digital tool.

We are now looking for two childcare workers for Runneryd preschools. With us, you as a childcare worker will advocate for everyone's equal value in a joyful learning environment that is the preschool's vision.

We are now looking for you who want to lay the foundation for children's lifelong learning and self-confidence. You work closely with the child group and see the children's needs and stimulation for their learning through play. In your work as a childcare worker, you collaborate with your colleagues and share a common responsibility for the entire education to promote children's development and learning, in accordance with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

You contribute to the preschool's teaching mission and are responsible for care assignments where you provide all children with the conditions to experience a preschool that is fun, safe, and educational.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker. If you have experience working as a childcare worker, it is an advantage. You contribute to a positive work climate, have very good collaboration skills, and a great commitment to your work. You take responsibility and have a good ability to create good relationships with both children and colleagues as well as guardians.
