The open care team currently consists of 16 employees working as family pedagogues, social workers at the family center, youth counselors/street workers, and substance abuse and housing support counselors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our mission is to provide advice, support, and treatment to families with the child's best interests in focus.

We meet parents who need help with structure, setting boundaries, interaction, communication, and care for their children. We also have conversations with children. Together, we distribute tasks and plan the work. Many times, we work in teams around families, and you will plan the concrete work together with the family based on the assignment. The position involves working during inconvenient hours, such as early mornings and evenings, and some weekend work may occur.

External supervision, wellness grants, and ongoing professional development are included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a social worker, treatment educator, or holds another equivalent qualification. It is an advantage if you have training in Trappan, ABC, Komet, or Repulse.

You who apply should be flexible, committed, responsible, and independent.

You need to have a good ability to collaborate both within the work group and with families, schools, or other professional networks.

Experience from similar work is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
