Temporary Assistant Needed for Male Client in Sävsjö

We are currently looking for a temporary assistant for our male client in Sävsjö. Are you a stable, secure, and proactive person? Do you want to make a difference in someone else's life every day you go to work? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the Position:

Our client lives in his own apartment in Sävsjö and needs support and assistance in his daily life around the clock. Tasks that occur as a personal assistant include help and support with personal care, daily routines, household chores, cooking, and occasionally accompanying him on activities. Our client enjoys cooking and loves the opportunity to try new dishes, so it would be great if you share that interest. He also enjoys going out for various activities – for example, movies, grocery shopping, local dances, bowling, and bingo. Watching films, playing simple computer games, and board games are also some of his favorite pastimes!

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can be the calm, secure, and stable person who easily adapts to our client's mood or expressions. Weekdays are filled with fixed routines, but it is also important to be able to take your own initiative for activities. You need to be social, forward-thinking, and positive, and have the ability to provide motivational support in various situations. We prefer candidates with experience working with autism, and it is advantageous if you have experience in personal assistance or similar work. However, the most important factor is personal compatibility, and that both you and the client enjoy each other's company. You need to have a good command of the Swedish language.
