We are now looking for a female personal assistant

We are looking for someone who is already employed but would like to have a few extra nights on the schedule each week, with the possibility to work extra if needed.

We seek someone who wants to go the extra mile for another person. Previous experience is not necessarily required; the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right!

About the role

Our client is wheelchair-bound, living with her husband in a house and leading an active life. She works full-time, which means that an assistant is always with her.

Our client has an active daily life, filled with cooking, social events, and trips or outings.

As an assistant, you will be her support in all aspects of daily life. You are her arms and legs and receive tasks verbally, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Sometimes there will also be activities outside the home, so we hope you enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her safety and joy in everyday life.

You will assist our client with everything from daily chores, transfers, hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, gardening, accompanying her on trips, training, and much more. You should be available when she is at home, working, or out on various activities.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, can take your own initiatives, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are smoke-free! Personal chemistry is important, so we seek someone who is quick to learn, positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Working hours: part-time, hourly substitute on a rolling schedule, with the possibility of extra hours as needed.

Weekday working hours: night 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM, (on-call 12:00 AM - 4:30 AM)

Weekend working hours: night 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM, (on-call 12:00 AM - 4:30 AM)

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment continues.
