Welcome to join us at Alléskolan, a three-parallel F-6 school in Habo municipality where we place great value on collaboration to create conditions for all our students to succeed, reach as far as possible, and become "My very best self".

We are now looking for two dedicated teachers who value teamwork in a staff group and who thrive among skilled colleagues. One position is permanent and the other is a parental leave substitute.

Alléskolan was built in 2011, so you will be working in a school with beautiful, bright, and airy premises as well as a large schoolyard.

Habo municipality is 15 minutes from Jönköping, with good commuting opportunities. Habo is one of the country's leading growth regions. In Habo, you will find everything from a lively center, proximity to forests, nature, and lovely swimming spots in Sweden's second-largest lake.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work together with a teaching team in the middle school that collectively is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching within the grade. One of your responsibilities will be planning and teaching English and Social Studies. The role also includes mentorship.

The team you will be part of has made significant progress in its work with a digital learning environment where students are accustomed to using their iPads in teaching.

You will promote a positive, trusting, and open collaboration with both students, guardians, and colleagues.

You are clear and engaged and can meet each student based on their individual circumstances. You have the ability to create good relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. All teaching class teachers at Alléskolan are certified teachers, therefore we see it as an important starting point that you have a teaching certification.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for two positions, one permanent position and one substitute that extends until the autumn term of 2025.
