Personal Assistant

I am a private employer and hire Egen Assistans for administration, which means greater freedom for both me and the assistants. I am currently looking for new assistants.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced person to become part of our team around our daughter who has just turned 16. She needs help with everything: feeding, hygiene, exercise, and leisure activities. She loves music, exercise, and fun, and is almost always happy. She is very fragile and has severe epilepsy, requiring highly experienced staff around her.

As a personal assistant, you will provide support in daily life and accompany her to activities and school. The job includes physical training and heavier lifting.

Qualifications:

An empathetic and positive person who can work independently. Experience with children with severe disabilities is required. A background in working with disabled children is necessary. Experience with epilepsy and disabilities is required. Education does not need to be from Sweden. A car and driver's license are prioritized.
