Your new job

ECIT is an outsourcing company in accounting, payroll, and IT. We operate throughout Sweden and are constantly growing. We are now looking for a senior accountant with experience in group accounting for our office in Malmö who wants to join us on our journey, with a flexible solution to work both from home, on-site, and at the customer. We are looking for someone with solid experience in the accounting profession who is used to taking responsibility for the entire accounting process, including group accounting. You will work both independently and in a team with accounting, year-end work, and reporting, as well as preparing annual reports and income tax returns for Swedish and international companies. The role also includes supporting customers with VAT and accounting-related inquiries.

Location is in central Malmö where you will report to the group manager for accounting.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics from a YH program, university, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in independent accounting work, group accounting, and group year-end accounts.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of IFRS regulations.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge in sustainability reporting and experience with systems such as MS Business Central, Visma, and Fortnox, as well as experience in outsourcing.
