We are now looking for an experienced IP lawyer with knowledge in patent law!

Job Description

In the role of IP lawyer, you will work with patent and trademark law, as well as other intellectual property issues. You will participate in the development of IP strategies, manage disputes, and review various types of complex agreements, such as licensing and usage agreements. The work is done in close collaboration with patent engineers, paralegals, and other lawyers. You are expected to take significant responsibility for your independent work while actively contributing to the team's collective development. You will report to our CEO.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a Swedish law degree and at least five years of experience working with IP law. We prefer that you have experience in patent law as well as litigation experience and that you are accustomed to handling complex intellectual property agreements. Furthermore, you have an excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys both independent work and collaboration within a team. Your ability to communicate professionally with our clients, foreign representatives, and authorities is of utmost importance. Within our agency, we highly value collaboration.
