Are you our new customer representative?

We are now looking for a customer representative for our marketing department. With us, you will be part of a team of eight people, four of whom work as customer representatives. The position is full-time and permanent.

Who are we?

PiteBo is the municipal housing company with the important mission of providing attractive rental apartments to a growing population in Piteå. Our operations manage and develop 4000 apartments in various parts of the municipality in a responsible manner, we aim to offer good housing and be a serious and reliable landlord for 6000 tenants, and we take responsibility for building new homes and welcoming new residents as Piteå grows. The marketing department is responsible for renting out apartments and parking spaces and providing our customers with the best possible service throughout the rental process.

Your main tasks

You will continuously handle all aspects of our rental process, i.e., receive terminations, publish apartments, evaluate tenants, and write contracts. As part of this, you will also assist with any questions regarding the company's queue system and its regulations. In your work, you will have daily contact via phone, email, and personal visits with both new and existing customers.

If needed, you will assist at the reception with key management and customer service. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to developing our routines, quality, and service, with the goal of ensuring that our customers always feel secure and well treated.

The role also includes some responsibility for PiteBo's premises, such as managing local rental agreements and contacts with local tenants.

Your qualifications – We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school diploma, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education in service, real estate, or administration,

• Has several years of experience in customer service, where you have worked in direct dialogue with customers.

• Expresses yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, and has good knowledge of English.

• Is accustomed to working in IT systems and digital environments.

• Has a B driver's license.
