RAMIRENT is one of Europe’s leading equipment rental companies. We provide machinery and safety solutions to both the construction industry and other sectors, aiming to increase safety and efficiency at workplaces. Our customer centers are located all over the country, from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. Ramirent operates in nine countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland) and has been part of the Loxam Group since 2019, Europe’s largest and the world’s fourth-largest equipment rental company.

We are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented employee to join their team in Norrbotten. You will be an important part of a smaller team of five people, where each individual has their specialist role. Here, we help each other, maintain an open environment, and work closely with both customers and colleagues. In the role of inside sales representative, you are the spider in the web.

You will handle incoming calls and inquiries via both email and phone, and you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the final quote and agreement. You are often the first person the customer meets, either at the counter or over the phone. It is a role with great responsibility, but also a lot of freedom. You tailor offers to each customer’s unique needs. Your workday is dynamic and filled with varied tasks, quick decisions, and many points of contact.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are an unpretentious person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You are service-oriented, communicative, and have a knack for building good relationships with various types of people – whether they are craftsmen or decision-makers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role – preferably B2B
  • The ability to take responsibility for the entire sales process
  • Strong administrative skills and good structure in your work
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varied workdays
  • Good computer skills and preferably experience working in business systems
  • A driving license (B) is a plus, but not a requirement

If you also have industry experience or knowledge of equipment rental, construction, or industry, that is a big plus – but not a must. The right attitude weighs heavier than a perfect CV.
