Role and Responsibilities

Are you a meticulous, proactive, and engaged person who enjoys working in teams and wants to be an important cog in a larger machinery? As an Administrator within Motion Service - Motors & Generators, you will become a key person in our operations. You will work with order management and invoicing while contributing to developing our processes and driving improvement work. In close dialogue with the technical and workshop manager, planners, service engineers, and contract leaders, you will ensure that our administrative flows run smoothly – from registration to invoicing and follow-up. The role suits you if you like responsibility, want to take initiative, and thrive in an organization where both people and technology are at the center.

Your main tasks:

• Register orders and follow up and compile forecasts
• Conduct order inventory reviews
• Prepare invoicing documentation (time and materials) for invoicing
• Manage the purchase of materials both for orders and the department

Your background

• A degree in finance or similar – alternatively other experience that we assess as equivalent
• A social and curious demeanor, with drive and a desire to develop in your role
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stand firm in a role where you are expected to take responsibility
• A flexible attitude, good collaboration skills, and enjoyment of work that offers variation
• A good sense of structure, with the ability to prioritize in daily work
• A sense of order and tidiness required to maintain administrative flows
• Experience working with systems such as MS Office, SAP, QlikView, and Teams is an advantage
