About the position

Job responsibilities


As an account manager at Professionals Nord, you will have a varied and social workday where you build relationships with companies in Norrbotten and help them solve their competency needs. The role involves creating contact with new companies, booking meetings, understanding their challenges, and developing solutions that truly help them grow.

You will work with:

· Prospecting – identifying and selecting companies we want to collaborate with

· Cold calling – calling and presenting ourselves to new companies in a professional and friendly manner

· Client meetings – where you meet companies, understand their needs, and build relationships

· Selling our services – matching the right solution to the right client in a long-term manner

You will work closely with our consulting managers and continuously learn how to drive business from the first call to a completed collaboration. Every day you will meet new people, and your work will make a concrete difference for companies, candidates, and all of Norrbotten.

We are looking for you who:
 

We are looking for someone who is social, forward, and enjoys talking to new people. You easily build trust and make others feel comfortable when they meet you. You don't need to have worked in sales before, but you are curious to try. In the role, you will call companies, book meetings, and build relationships – and we will teach you how to do it well and safely. You have a strong personal drive and are at a stage where you want to invest in your career and are not afraid to put in the time and commitment required to become really good.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards clear goals, and appreciate the feeling of seeing the results of your work. You dare to take initiative, are eager to try new things, and are ready to put in the effort required to succeed. A driver's license and fluent Swedish are required for the position.
