About the Position

As a car buyer with us, you will play a key role in developing and driving our purchasing function as part of our used car team. You will work both strategically and operationally to secure an attractive and profitable selection of used cars for our five locations in northern Sweden. Here, you will have the chance to build relationships, create structures, and truly impact our business.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and develop the company's purchasing function with a focus on business development, strategic relationships, and efficient processes.
Be responsible for purchasing used cars for our locations across northern Sweden.
Actively seek out and purchase vehicles from private individuals, companies, leasing companies, and auctions – both digitally and on-site.
Assess cars based on condition, demand, and market price.
Negotiate purchase prices and establish contracts.
Work closely with our sales teams to ensure the right assortment and good inventory balance.
Create and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and partners.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and demand.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong business sense who quickly sees opportunities. You are self-driven, results-oriented, and easily build trust through clear communication. You work systematically even in a fast-paced environment and keep track of details. At the same time, you are flexible and solution-oriented, adapting easily when the market changes. We place great importance on personal suitability in this recruitment.

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing or sales within the automotive industry or a similar field.
Good knowledge and a strong interest in car models, valuation, and market prices.
Negotiation experience and a business-oriented approach.
Driver's license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English in both spoken and written form.
Good computer skills and experience with business systems/CRM.

Meritorious:

Experience from the used car market.
An established network within car trading, leasing companies, or dealers.
Previous experience in purchasing cars.
